1. About us
Qingdao Huaqi Vision Creative Co., Ltd., trading as HQ AesthetiX Labs, operates the VELATMOS LIVING brand. Consumer-facing pages primarily use the VELATMOS LIVING brand. Quiet Objects. Beautiful Lives.
2. Website use
You agree not to use the site for unlawful purposes, interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or copy protected content at abusive rates, or misrepresent affiliation with VELATMOS LIVING or HQ AesthetiX Labs.
3. Product information
We aim to present products accurately. Screen colors may differ from physical pieces. Due to the nature of porcelain production and hand-finishing, slight variations in glaze tone, surface detail, texture, dimensions and finishing may occur. These subtle differences are part of the character of each piece and do not necessarily constitute a defect. Handmade character does not excuse genuine damage, wrong items or quality failures.
4. Pricing and currency
Retail prices on product pages are shown in USD where stated. When you use online checkout, the total payable amount (including applicable shipping shown at checkout) is presented before the order is submitted. For inquiry-based wholesale, OEM or custom purchases, pricing, shipping, quantities, lead times and payment terms are confirmed in the applicable quotation or invoice.
5. Inquiries and order acceptance
Submitting an inquiry does not create a binding order or require payment. An online checkout order is accepted when payment is successfully received and the order is confirmed. For inquiry-based purchases, an order is accepted only after the product, quantity, price, shipping terms and other applicable details have been confirmed in writing and any required payment has been successfully received.
6. Payment status
Online PayPal checkout will reopen once our first international logistics loop is verified. Until then, browse the catalog and send an inquiry for wholesale, OEM, custom projects, or to join the notify list. When checkout returns, payment methods shown in the checkout interface (including PayPal) apply to eligible orders; available methods are always those displayed at the time of purchase.
7. Product availability
Stock and availability may change. We may decline or adjust requests when inventory, production capacity or trade restrictions require it.
8. Wholesale, gift and OEM
Samples, minimum order quantities, pricing, sampling, production timelines, packaging, intellectual property and acceptance criteria for wholesale or OEM work are confirmed in separate documents.
9. Shipping
Shipping availability, charges and estimates are confirmed according to our Shipping Policy and the written quotation or order confirmation.
10. Import duties and taxes
Unless expressly stated otherwise in the written quotation, order confirmation or checkout, import duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees and local handling charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
11. Damage, returns and refunds
Damaged-item handling and returns follow our Return & Refund Policy.
12. Intellectual property
VELATMOS LIVING branding, the HQ AesthetiX Labs trading name, product photography, copy, page design, graphics, product information and original content are protected.
13. Third-party links
Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or policies.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
15. Governing terms
These Terms are interpreted subject to applicable laws and any mandatory consumer protections that apply to the customer.
16. Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will reflect material changes.
